Payments

- 30% deposit of the total amount cost is required upon reservation
- The deposit should be paid in 3 working days from receiving payment methods
-All the balance should be settled up to 60 days prior arrival
- All the balance should be paid if the reservation is made 60 days or less before the arriving

Damages

- 300 euro damage will be asked to be paid upon arrival and it will be returned on the departure day

Cancelation Policy

- Cancelation 120 to 80 days before arrival: all the deposit will be refunded
- Cancelation 80-60 days before arrival: deposit will be held as a cancelation fee
- Cancelation 60 days or less before arrival date is nonrefundable
- If guest doesn't show up, all the balance is nonrefundable
-If guest leaves before he stay ends, the balance is nonrefundable

Terms of Stay

- check in after 15:00
- check out before 11:00
- Late check out. After 11:00 and up to 18:00 is charged as a 1/2 of the price per one night
- guest should respect the common silence hours
- Guest should inform the host, if he will be out of villa for two days or more
- every guest is responsible for keeping his personal belongings in a safe place
- smoking is aloud only outside the house
- Guest should be covered by their insurance for any accidents to their persons and any other holiday risks. The villa is not and cannot be held responsible for accidents caused due to the negligence or lack of attention of the guest in grounds of the property
- Guest should be respectful to the place and communicate immediately any accidental damages
